These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e2bte ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the e2bte website at https://e2bte.org and all related services, games, and features offered through the platform. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise using e2bte, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are applicable to all persons who access or use the e2bte platform from Bangladesh or any other permitted territory. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the e2bte platform. e2bte reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and e2bte. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to that specific promotion only.

To register and use the e2bte platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. e2bte strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will require documentary proof of age upon request.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by e2bte or have been previously excluded or banned from the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when registering, depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds.

e2bte reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification. Where a Player is found to have provided false eligibility information, e2bte may void any bets placed, confiscate any winnings derived from the account, and close the account permanently.

To access the full range of e2bte services you must register for a player account. Each player may hold only one active account with e2bte. The creation of multiple accounts by the same player — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

During registration you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, a username, and a secure password. You must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. e2bte will use this information for identity verification, payment processing, and the prevention of fraud and underage gambling.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must notify e2bte immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• e2bte will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• e2bte staff will never request your password by email, phone, or chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

e2bte may at any time request KYC documentation including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to suspend account activity — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — pending completion of KYC verification.

Deposits

e2bte accepts deposits via the following methods for players in Bangladesh. All deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless you elect to deposit in a supported cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent BDT value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to your account.

• bKash: minimum deposit ৳100, maximum deposit subject to bKash daily limits. Funds credited instantly upon confirmation.
• Nagad: minimum deposit ৳100. Funds credited instantly upon transaction confirmation from Nagad.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank): minimum deposit ৳200. Processing time up to 15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum): minimum equivalent of ৳500 BDT. Credited after required network confirmations (typically 1-3 confirmations depending on the blockchain).

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by e2bte subject to the following conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification in accordance with our KYC policy. e2bte reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to a minimum equivalent of ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice.
• e2bte processes approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency withdrawal times are subject to network and third-party processing times outside of e2bte's control.

e2bte offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and any required identity verification steps.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific game categories or sports markets stated in the applicable promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games or markets will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• e2bte reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any bonus-funded bets, and reclaim any winnings derived from a bonus where it has reason to believe the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these Terms or applicable bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only the net winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Players are responsible for reading the individual terms attached to each promotion before claiming a bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not wish to be subject to bonus wagering requirements, you may decline a bonus offer at the point it is presented — some bonus awards are automatic and must be declined before any wagering activity is undertaken.

All bets placed on e2bte are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games are governed by the individual game or sport rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a category-specific rule, the category-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that category.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. e2bte does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except where the platform has made a manifest error in the odds or game outcome displayed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and may be adjusted by e2bte at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform outage during an active game round or sports event, e2bte will endeavour to settle all affected bets fairly based on the verified game state at the time of the interruption. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• e2bte reserves the right to void any bet that is placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of fraud.

Live Casino and Slots

All live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are determined by the applicable provider and are displayed within the game interface. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. e2bte publishes RTP information for all slots in the game library. Free spins awarded as bonuses are subject to the applicable bonus terms and any denomination or game restrictions stated therein.

e2bte is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via their account settings at any time. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e2bte platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, all winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular player use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or engage in any form of coordinated advantage play.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the e2bte platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known platform error must be reported to e2bte immediately and will not be considered valid.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform for other users.

e2bte employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, e2bte reserves the right to restrict account access, freeze funds, and investigate the activity before determining the appropriate action. Players under investigation will be notified where this does not compromise the investigation.

All content on the e2bte platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of e2bte or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the e2bte platform without the prior written consent of e2bte or the relevant rights holder.

The e2bte brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to e2bte. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use the e2bte brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without express written authorisation from e2bte.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e2bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any interruption of service. e2bte's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e2bte does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. We undertake all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance to players.

e2bte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, e2bte will notify registered players by email to the address held on their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the e2bte website. The revised Terms will state the effective date from which they apply.

Your continued use of the e2bte platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any funds held in your account subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
